261: Home Remedies And Treatments For Dog Arthritis
Arthritis will happen to most of us. Our joints age and lose their protective covering or cartilage. When this happens, bone rubs on bone, leading to osteoarthritis. In some dogs, arthritis can be secondary to a ligament injury, producing joint instability.

262: Salt water aquarium packages
When potential aquarists start looking into the possibility of starting their own salt water aquarium there is one thing which is often quite daunting - equipment. There is a lot more equipment which is required in a salt water aquarium, especially a salt water reef aquarium.

263: Designer Dog Collar Shows Owner
Nothing says love to a pet canine like a designer dog collar and there are enough designers to fulfill that need for every size and color desired by the pet?s owner.

264: Aquascape marine aquarium
When setting up a marine aquarium one of the trickiest, most frustrating and ultimately most neglected things is when you get to the stage where you are ready to aquascape your marine aquarium. Your goal when planning to aquascape your marine aquarium is to create a structure which allows for the best biological filtration possible, provides a natural environment for the inhabitants and is pleasing to the eye.

265: Train Your Pet And You Will Enjoy Your Pet
Vegetables and some fruit in your dog?s diet and a small quantity of such can provide many of these active compounds. For any weight loss program, human or animal, diet is the first essential part.

266: DIY aquarium backgrounds
One of the questions which I am asked quite a lot is how do I hide all the plumbing and/or wires around the back of the tank so that they are not visible from the front. And I agree it does not look natural. You set your aquarium up and all the rock is aquascaped perfectly yet all you can see through the back of the tank is the wall, wires, pipework etc. Of course there are areas where you don?t want to apply a background to an aquarium. A good example of this is when an aquarium is installed into a wall where the aquarium can be seen from both sides.

267: Reef aquarium pests
As with most hobbies there are some things that are definitely undesirable. Keeping a saltwater reef aquarium or saltwater fish only aquarium is a most fulfilling hobby, but irritating problems can occur. For example, outbreaks of filamentous green algae, brown/black/red smear algae, glass anemones and bubble algae (sailor?s eyeball algae) are four of the major culprits. These problems can develop into major headaches if proper action during setting-up and the following care and maintenance are not taken.

268: Using a UV sterilizer in a reef tank
Actually, a UV sterilizer can be used in either a salt water reef aquarium or a salt water fish only aquarium. What is the sterilizer? It is a container, usually in a near tube shape, in which an ultraviolet (UV) fluorescent lamp is contained. The lamp emits light at around 254 nm. The lamp is constructed of quartz glass to prevent the UV being absorbed as it would be if ordinary glass were used. The lamp is in a container of its own to shield it from the water, and then there is an outer container. The space between the containers is very small allowing full penetration of UV light. The water is passed between the outer and inner containers by a pump or power head.

269: How To Treat Dog Vomiting
There are potentially many different causes of dog vomiting. The most common cause is garbage gut, where your dog consumes something he shouldn't have, resulting in vomiting.

270: The Keys to a Successful Dog Training Routine are All About the Fundamentals
